Rev. Joseph M. Wright died at his home in Thorntown Tuesday of inflammatory rheumatism. He was aged 66 years 4 months 10 days. Rev. Mr. Wright has been a resident of Thorntown for five or six years moving there from the eastern part of the state. He was at one time principal of the Darlington schools. After leaving Darlington he entered the ministry and devoted his work to the Presbyterian Church in Iowa and Ohio. The Rev. Mr. Wright was a veteran of the Civil War and was a member of the 11th Indiana Cavalry. He is survived by a wife. The funeral arrangements have not been made further than that the services will be conducted at the Thorntown Presbyterian Church and interment will be in Thorntown - transcribed by kbz
